Eryl established Equinox in 1996 and has steered it to become one of the leading and most-respected independent communications companies in Wales.
A first language Welsh speaker, Eryl has been closely involved in the communications sector for more than thirty years and is a strategic management consultant with expertise in managing the reputations of high profile organisations.
He was PR Manager for the RAC and director of public affairs for the British Railways Board in Wales and southern England before establishing Eq in 1996.
Eryl is the chairman of Menter Caerdydd, the body responsible for promoting and expanding the use of the Welsh language in business and within the community in Cardiff. He's also on Welsh Cycling’s Board of Directors.
In his spare time, Eryl is a huge sports fan, in particular rugby and running; you'll often find him taking part in 10k runs, half and full marathons.
