What we’re looking for:
✨ Account Directors who can:
-
Take ownership of client relationships, accounts, and strategic plans
-
Lead teams to deliver outstanding results
-
Provide trusted counsel to clients and colleagues
-
Drive innovation, growth, and quality assurance across the agency
✨ Account Managers who can:
-
Manage the day-to-day smooth running of client work
-
Ensure delivery to time, budget, and the highest standards

Mentor junior team members
-
Build trusted relationships with clients
What you’ll need:
-
Agency experience: minimum 3 years (Account Manager) / 6 years (Account Director)
-
Experience across PR, social and marketing campaigns
-
Excellent communication and project management skills
-
A positive, can-do attitude — solutions-focused, reliable, collaborative
-
A full UK driving licence
