Account Executive
Carmarthen native and fluent Welsh speaker, Beca joined Equinox in 2026 and supports the delivery of integrated communications campaigns across a range of clients and sectors. With a particular interest in social media and digital communications, she helps create engaging content, manage online communities and support campaign delivery, ensuring clients connect effectively with their target audiences.
Beca holds a Master's in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff University and has gained valuable industry experience through placements with Hay Academy (in partnership with TikTok), as well as the BBC and ITV. These experiences have equipped her with strong storytelling, content creation and audience engagement skills, which she brings to her work at Equinox.
Passionate about communications and the Welsh media landscape, Beca enjoys helping clients tell their stories through a mix of digital content, media relations and stakeholder engagement. As a fluent Welsh speaker, she also plays an important role in supporting the agency’s bilingual communications offer.
Outside of work, Beca enjoys staying active, having played netball from a young age and more recently taking up yoga, Pilates and spin. She’s always on the lookout for new food spots, planning weekend adventures, or heading to live music gigs and festivals. And, true to her west Wales roots, she’s happiest by the sea.
