Millie's career journey began by completing her apprenticeship back in 2020, where she started as a Marketing Assistant and worked her way up to become a Marketing Manager before joining Equinox. Throughout her career, she has explored various sectors, including Education, Government, Manufacturing, B2B, and Recruitment.
As an Account Manager, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of client accounts. This includes ensuring that PR, digital, and marketing programs are implemented on time and to budget and taking responsibility for the delivery of client plans and achieving objectives.
In addition to her excellent communication skills, Millie is known for her collaborative approach and team-player mentality. She works closely with the team to ensure that client goals are met, deadlines are achieved, and expectations are exceeded. Her positive attitude and exceptional organisational skills allow her to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work.
When she's not busy at work, Millie enjoys spending her free time scrolling through TikTok and Pinterest for fashion or interior design ideas, exploring new coffee shops, and watching F1.
