Amanda has been a key part of the Equinox team since 2014 when the new Database Services department was established within the agency.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in marketing, working on database management for clients such as the Ministry of Shipping, Cadw, Jazz UK, NHS, Bradford Exchange and Visit Wales.
Amanda has vast knowledge of managing databases for clients, including running membership schemes, segmenting databases for marketing campaigns and development and management handling.
She's worked with Visit Wales and Cadw for more than 20 years, helping set up the new in-agency contact centre — which was responsible for all telephone and internet enquiries for Visit Wales.
Amanda has recently taken up bell ringing in her local church, is passionate about flower arranging and loves travelling as often as possible - especially to Hong Kong to visit her daughter and son-in-law.
